My journey

Anything but ordinary. Growing up in a large family of eight, navigating a challenging childhood, and overcoming the pain of divorce taught me resilience, adaptability, and empathy at the deepest level. Over the past 22 years, I’ve dedicated my life to serving others — from mentoring youth and counselling diverse communities, to managing complex human dynamics as a town counselor.

Along the way, I earned two master’s degrees, raised five incredible children, and built multiple businesses — all while pursuing a mission to understand what truly drives human growth and change. Today, I bring that wealth of personal and professional experience into my coaching and therapy practice, combining proven psychological tools and government-recognized methodologies to help others create real, lasting transformation.
